A published author and artist, she brings creativity, research, and lived experience into every offering, alongside a growing suite of nervous system technology: heart coherence biofeedback, vibroacoustic sound, and warmth you can sink into.

The Moon, She Cradles changes her form every month, shaped by the moon she meets. For her first evening, she rises with the waxing Hunter's Moon, the old gathering moon, when women brought in what would carry them through winter. This month, she gathers you in. A candlelit evening of guided somatic rest in the cottage parlor, with one gentle harvest ritual: naming what you'll carry into the dark season, and what you're ready to leave in the field. You'll be held, warmed, and sent home softer.
Art Night: Paint Your Dragon - Learn Your Power
Everyone has a protector who rises when they need her. Oct 16th - you meet yours, then paint her: scales, wings, storm, glowing eyes, whatever she turns out to be. Guided somatic visualization first, brushes second, zero art experience required and zero judgment issued. Leave with a portrait of the fiercest, most loyal part of you, just in time for the season when Ellicott City remembers its ghosts. All supplies, mocktails, snacks provided.
